Delivery Information

We want your order to arrive safely, promptly, and with clear communication every step of the way. We know timely delivery matters, and we aim to keep you informed from checkout through arrival.

Age Verification and Delivery Requirements

Because we sell tobacco products, all orders are subject to age verification.
To complete your order, you must:

▪︎ Provide a valid government-issued photo ID if requested
▪︎ Have an adult 21+ available to sign for the package at delivery

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be age-verified or that appears to violate any applicable local, state, or federal law.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most orders are shipped with UPS within 2 business days of receipt.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days.

Personalized items: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Free shipping applies only when the final order total (after discounts and promotions) remains at or above $200.00.

If a discount reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will apply.

At this time, we ship only within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to:

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your shipment is on the way, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your order details, shipping charges, taxes if applicable, and tracking information when available.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses in Florida are subject to 7% sales tax.
This tax also applies to shipping and handling charges for Florida deliveries.

For orders shipped outside Florida, sales tax is not added by us at checkout unless required by law.
